Jim Falotico

WSI Digital Drive is led by Jim Falotico, a senior sales and marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience helping businesses grow. He works with small and mid-sized businesses across northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin to improve online visibility, generate stronger leads, and build credibility in a changing digital landscape.


In addition to a digital marketing strategy, Jim provides AI consulting and training to help businesses use AI more clearly and purposefully. He also guides clients using WSI’s Adaptive SEO® and Adaptive Search Everywhere Optimization™ framework to improve visibility across traditional search, AI search, maps, reviews, social platforms, and other digital touchpoints. Clients value Jim for the practical, strategic guidance he provides to align marketing, sales, and technology with business growth.


Kelly Biggs

Principal Owner - AI Trainer/Consultant - SEO Strategy

Kelly Biggs works with professional services firms and healthcare organizations that depend on trust, expertise, and reputation to attract clients. As Principal Consultant at WSI Biggs Digital, she helps businesses understand how buyers research, evaluate, and choose providers online, and how visibility in search increasingly depends on credibility, authority, and strong digital presence.


Kelly also speaks and teaches on topics related to AI, search visibility, and digital marketing strategy. Through workshops, conference presentations, and training programs, she helps business leaders understand how AI tools and evolving search behavior are changing how companies are discovered online.

Kelly, Jim, and John meet in Toronto during WSI training.

Each is launching a digital marketing business from different backgrounds.They complete training and begin building their businesses.
Focus is on strategy-first digital marketing.

March 2020

COVID hits.
Original plans stop. In-person outreach disappears.
They pivot to digital-first growth. The three form a group to meet Fridays to discuss business challenges and establish a braintrust.

2020 to 2021

They adapt in real time:

  • Lean into LinkedIn and organic content
  • Shift from outbound tactics to relationship-driven growth


2022 to 2023

Client work expands.

2023

They launch Why Your Business is Invisible Online Podcast and website. Purpose is to share real experiences to help business owners understand reasons their brands are not being found in online search. 

2023 - 2024

Season 1 Launches Focus on digital marketing fundamentals.
Topics include SEO, paid search, social, and website performance.



2025

Industry shift: Search behavior starts changing.
Buyers begin using AI tools and new platforms to find answers.  Season 2 launchesFocus shifts to AI and its impact on search.

Discussion centers on how businesses get found in AI-driven environments.

2026

Our website, ruinvisibleonline.com, has been revamped with a focus on AI visibility and modern search.


Jim and Kelly lead client assessments to identify where businesses are not being found, where websites fall short, and what changes will improve performance.


John Maniatis has retired from day-to-day work and remains in an advisory role. Outside of that, he is playing bass guitar and touring in Canada.
